We are headquartered in Burnaby and serve the entire Lower Mainland — Vancouver, Surrey, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster, Delta, and Langley — with selective project work throughout British Columbia.
Q/02Is SafeBridge licensed and insured?
Yes. SafeBridge holds a current BC Builders Licence under the Homeowner Protection Act, carries full liability insurance, and maintains active WorkSafeBC coverage. Documentation is available on request before work begins.
Q/03Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes — single-family homes, multi-unit residential, tenant improvements, retail fit-outs, and small commercial buildings. Every project is built to BC Building Code standards (or the owner's specification, whichever is higher).
Q/04Are you certified to remove asbestos?
Yes. We are certified for hazardous-material abatement following WorkSafeBC protocols. Services include pre-renovation hazmat surveys, containment, removal, and clearance air testing.
Q/05How quickly will I get a quote?
We respond to every enquiry within one business day. After a site visit and scope review, you receive an itemised written estimate — typically within five business days for residential work.
Q/06Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We coordinate with local building departments to pull permits, schedule inspections, and ensure all work passes municipal review. Permitting timelines and fees are included in your written estimate.
Q/07What size projects do you take on?
